Terms of use
Under what conditions you may use this site — and what the guide price from the configurator means in legal terms.
These terms govern the use of the website bio.design.koehn-gartenbau.ch. They do not govern the building of a pool — that is covered by the construction contract we sign together after the on-site appointment.
What the guide price in the configurator is — and is not
The configurator calculates a guide value from your inputs. It is expressly not a quotation and not an offer in the legal sense, and no contract arises from it. It is based on the Bio.design 2026 prices and a regionally estimated excavation.
What the calculator cannot know moves the price in both directions: ground conditions, groundwater, digger access, sloping terrain and the requirements of your municipality. Only the written fixed price is binding — you receive it after the free on-site appointment.
Information on this site
We keep the content careful and current. For construction times, dimensions, technical values and prices the following still applies: they describe the typical case, not your property. A figure becomes binding only once it appears in your quotation or construction contract.
Which images are real photographs and where AI tools were involved is stated openly on AI transparency. Images show completed installations and design examples — your pool is planned individually and will therefore look different.
Images, text and trademarks
All content on this site — text, photographs, videos, graphics and the configurator — is protected by copyright. It belongs to Köhn Gartenbau AG or to the respective rights holders. You may view the site, link to pages, and print content for your own building project.
Without our written consent you may not: use content commercially, incorporate it into your own offers or websites, or read the site out automatically in order to build a product or an AI model from it.
Bio.design® is a registered trademark of the system provider. Köhn Gartenbau AG uses it as an authorised partner. Logo and spelling follow their brand guidelines.
Links to other sites
Where we link to external sites, we checked them when the link was set. We have no influence on how they develop afterwards, and their operators are responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not owe it: maintenance, technical faults or outages at the host can make the site temporarily unavailable.
Our liability for damage arising from the use of this site is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law permits. We cannot be answerable for decisions you make on the basis of the guide price alone — that is what the on-site appointment is for.

We may adjust these terms when the site or the legal situation changes. The version shown on this page at the time of your visit applies; the date is given below.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Balgach SG, unless mandatory law prescribes a different one.
